FMC Grants NVOCCs Relief From Tariff Publishing

On February 18, the Federal Maritime Commission voted in favor of a rule that would relieve licensed Non-Vessel-Operating Common Carriers (NVOCCs) of the costs of publishing in tariffs the rates they charge for shipments.
